My main goal is for my students and myself to adopt a growth mind set. In order to do this I will be using E-portfolios to measure our individual growth.

I agree the word, “yet” can be very powerful for students, but I think it will be more useful for teachers. Personally speaking, I know how hard I can be on myself and the things I want to accomplish and be as a teacher; so, the reminder that it’s a process and not a moment is helpful! Great article!
