After watching Margaret Heffernan’s TED Talk, I am absolutely inspired. She spoke on some very important key points when it involves work spaces and working with others. She mentioned how everyone should take part and how not only one person should dominate the entire group. I agree with this point, because everyone has something different that they could bring to a group to make the members reach their goals and success. I also like her message about how bringing out the best in people, could help us as individuals. It is extremely important to treat others how you want to be treated. And a good reflection of yourself can easily be judged by the way you treat others. Everyone in a group holds value and should be treated with kindness and respect.
